A pure Meunier cuvee that hails from two slopes of the same hill, one facing North, the other South, generally with around 15% reserve wine in the blend. Fine and complex, with fresh bakery aromas, golden fruits, grapefruit pith and pink peppercorn on the nose, There’s plenty of depth and fruit richness on the palate, a touch of honey coming through in this vinous offering based on the 2019 vintage. 6 grams of dosage. Full Malolactic conversion. A cuvee of just 11,000 bottles.
