Tasting Notes
Wonderfully clear-cut crystalline aromatics that feel a good teal more tightly wound than the Alesia – smoke and crushed rocks, ripe tangy lemon and fennel seed notes proceed a nuanced palate with a saline kick and a certain electric crackle to the fruit. This is a tightly coiled, energetic Chardonnay that is clearly a wine of great intensity but also balance. The newest vineyard in the range looks set for stardom. Impressive! Just over 300 cases produced.
