Jérôme’s 2015 vintage is a blend of Meunier from Port a Binson and Cerseuil and Pinot Noir from his “Maisoncelle” single vineyard, disgorged after 6 years sur lie with no dosage. Golden, rich and full of bright energy and tangy acidity, from golden cane to Comice pear and floral notes of honeysuckle. Zero dosage but you never know it such is the depth of flavour, richness and density on display. Superb and seriously satisfying. Just 3500 bottles produced.
