Notes
Green-gold. Delicate spices, honeyed apple and orange on the nose. Fine and brisk for a demi-sec, with clean, spice-tinged apple and pear flavors and medium weight. This is carrying 45 grams per liter of residual sugar but I’d never have guessed it. Finishes with good lift and length. Try this with fresh goat cheeses.
