Notes

An exquisite Côte-Rôtie mix of spiced fruit, intensity, focus and finesse, fine, fresh yet ripe, lush flavours, handsome and well-toned, fruit notes of redcurrant, cassis, loganberry and cherry stone with a twist of sap and spicy white pepper characteristics. A blend of several vineyards from all over the appellation including La Viaillère and aged in 10% new oak. 20% of the bunches were de-stalked.

Notes

Vivid ruby. Intense, spice- and floral-accented aromas of dark berry preserves, potpourri and Asian spices, with a bright mineral nuance gaining strength with air. Fresh and incisive, offering sappy black raspberry and boysenberry flavors and a sexy note of candied violet. Fine-grained tannins shape the long, juicy and penetrating finish, which echoes the floral note.
