This estate is now in the hands of Cheval Blanc and is one to look out for in the future. It is now certified organic and has joined the ranks of the classified growths. Produced from painfully low yields (20hl/ha) from very old vines, 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc. Fine herbs, sanguinello orange, hazelnuts and rock salts. This is refined, elegant St Emilion made by one of the best teams in all of Bordeaux. Well worth a look!
